In this sci-fi adventure based on a novel by Robert A. Heinlein and directed by Paul Verhoeven, Earth is attacked by fire-spitting, brain-sucking bugs, and the city of Buenos Aires is wiped off the map. Coming to the rescue are Johnny Rico (Casper Van Dien), Dizzy (Dina Meyer), Carmen (Denise Richards) and Ace (Jake Busey), courageous soldiers who travel to the distant Klendathu system for the ultimate showdown.
