In this big-screen feature of a legendary "Saturday Night Live" parody, Wayne (Mike Myers) and Garth (Dana Carvey), the original "Party on!" overgrown teenagers, produce a no-budget cable access show that wins a contract from a fast-talking ad man (Rob Lowe). The dudes think they've hit it big -- but may have fallen for a scam. Meanwhile, Wayne has fallen again -- this time, for gorgeous rocker (Tia Carrere) who takes his hormones for a ride.
