2000
The Emmy-winning dramedy's fourth season finds Ally (Calista Flockhart) fending off hallucinations of Barry Manilow and falling for Larry Paul (Robert Downey Jr.), a charismatic attorney who counsels her through a breakup and defends her in a defamation lawsuit. On the work front, Ally takes on the cases of a boy jilted by a prom date and a dwarf being sued by a woman he met online. Florence Henderson and Bernadette Peters guest star.
