It's a "dog eat dog" world in New York City real estate in this zany comedy. Or is it "kill or be killed"? That's the case for Alex (Ben Stiller) and Nancy (Drew Barrymore), a couple dreaming of the departure of their upstairs neighbor, who's hogging a rent-controlled apartment they'd like to have. Only she stands in the way of their bliss ... and if she doesn't move out, they may have to take matters into their own hands!
