Further comedy sequel as the incompetent cops continue with their capers, this time in Miami, where Commandant Lassard is due to receive the award for `Policeman of the Decade'. Arriving at the airport, the hapless Lassard gets entangled with a gang of bungling burglars, and mayhem erupts as Captain Harris arrives on the scene to take command of operations.
