The title's a contradiction in terms when evil-seed son Henry (Macaulay Culkin) tries to snuff his family members. It doesn't take visiting cousin Mark (Elijah Wood), whose own mother passed away just a few weeks earlier, to begin suspecting that Henry's innocent façade is just that -- a cover-up for his heinous true nature. But no one will believe Mark, and before long, a confrontation with Henry has him fighting for his own life.
