Quincy Magoo is a loveable but eccentric bumbling millionaire. Some stolen gems have accidentally fallen into Magoo's possession, and the criminals try desperately to retrieve them. Magoo, with the help of nephew Waldo and dog Angus, thwarts them, despite the trickery of a conniving female thief.

It was the worst jewel heist in history, and the only witness to the crime didn't see a thing.
