Steve Carell shines as the comedic center of this Emmy-winning show about a group of uninspired Pennsylvania office workers and their obnoxious, incompetent boss. In the program's third satirical season, Jim (John Krasinski) and Pam (Jenna Fischer) wade through the aftermath of their Casino Night kiss, and Michael (Carell, with an Emmy nod) accidentally outs a gay employee. Fischer and co-star Rainn Wilson each received their first Emmy nominations for their roles.
