The famed pet detective returns in this sequel to the 1994 hit. When a rare white bat -- the hallowed symbol of the Wachati tribe -- disappears, Ace Ventura (Jim Carrey) is coaxed out of his self-imposed, spiritual exile at a Tibetan monastery. Ace travels to the jungles of Africa with explorer Fulton Greenwall (Ian McNeice) to recover the flying mammal; if they fail, a war with the violent Wachootoo tribe is sure to follow.
